We recently purchased our first home in the bay area with Jennie as our realtor and it was an incredible experience-- we could not be happier with the results. We were pretty clueless going into the whole process initially, but Jennie was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and she always made the effort to be there for us every step of the way. She was more than happy to answer any questions we had about everything and would consistently get back to us quickly. What was also nice was that she had many contacts to help with other parts of the home-buying process as well (lenders, home inspectors, contractors for upgrades, cleaners, etc.) which just made everything flow more smoothly. One of the hardest parts of buying a home for the first time is the feeling of unease and worry that goes into every decision, but it really helped that we felt that we could always trust Jennie and she always had our best interests at heart. We would highly recommend Jennie to anybody and we are definitely going back to her the next time we're looking to purchase a new home.

Jennie is by far the best Real Estate agent that I have had a chance to work with. She goes above and beyond to communicate with you during the entire buying and selling process. After excepting a job out of state, with very little time to get my family moved, my wife and I were under pressure to find the best agent to handle our property. Jennie had recently sold a home in our neighborhood quickly and above asking. We decided to give her a shot and it was the best decision we made. Upon her first visit, she already had a solid plan to sell our place for top dollar. Turning over the keys and leaving CA was a little stressful. Jennie put us at ease and assured us that she would keep an eye on the place and get it ready for the market. She brought in her contractor to do little repairs, some painting, and cleaning. Things we couldn't do to prep the house due to time. She brought in a professional photographer and stager to show our home at its best. Then she actively sold our place by having open houses, keeping us informed all along the way. The place showed so well, after the first open house we had several offers above asking. The entire process was as painless as it gets as she uses electronic signatures throughout the process, all this while we were living out of state without any hiccups. .From start to finish she was very responsive, and a constant professional. I would absolutely recommend Jennie to my family, friends, and neighbors!
